Thanks for your interest in working with Hungry Lotus. We are a small, family-run food truck focused on quality food, consistency, and taking great care of people. We believe good food tastes better when it is made with care and served with respect.

Working on a food truck means things move fast. You will be on your feet, working as part of a close team, and helping real customers face to face. Some days are calm. Some days are busy. Every day, showing up on time, doing things the right way, and supporting your teammates matters.

Our schedule is not flexible. Reliability is a must. Please read the hours below carefully before applying.

Truck Schedule:

  • Tuesday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Most weekends off, with occasional weekend catering or events

The ideal candidate is available for all listed hours and understands that consistency and dependability are essential.
