Tam didn't learn to cook in a culinary school. She learned at home in Vietnam, the way it's been passed down for generations, by hand and by heart. Every dish on our menu started in that kitchen.
Born and raised on the food she now cooks for y'all. Broken rice, phở, the works. Family recipes, no shortcuts, ever.
Tam opened her first food truck and ran it for eight years, cooking the same way every single day and building a following that hated to see her go.
Tam and Heath brought it all to Southeast Oklahoma. Y'all welcomed us like locals, and we've been cooking for you ever since.
Nothing we serve comes from a packet or a freezer. It comes from a family kitchen in Vietnam, by way of Oregon, straight to y'all.
