Everything on this menu is made from scratch and cooked to order. No MSG, no microwaves. Tam learned this food at home in Vietnam and has been cooking it for folks for over a decade, eight years in Oregon and now here in McAlester. Come on by and we will take care of you.

Cold vermicelli noodles layered with shrimp, your choice of pork or chicken, a crispy roll, salad mix, pickled vegetables, cucumber, fresh Thai basil or mint, and a handful of peanuts. Pour the fish sauce over the top, mix it all up, and dig in.

Crispy wonton wrapper stuffed with house-made kimchi and cream cheese, fried golden and served with our house-made sweet chili sauce. Everything you love about a rangoon with a little heat stirred in.

Slow-simmered beef bone broth seasoned with warm spices, ladled over silky rice noodles and finished with thinly sliced beef, bean sprouts, onion, green onion, cilantro, and fresh Thai basil. Squeeze of lime, hoisin and sriracha on the side to make it yours.

Bún bò Huế comes from central Vietnam, and the broth shows it. Beef and pork bones simmered with lemongrass and a touch of pineapple juice, poured over thick rice noodles with beef, pork, onion, and cilantro. Cabbage, Thai basil, lime, and chili oil served on the side so y'all can build it your way.
Bò kho is Vietnamese beef stew, and Tam's version simmers low and slow with lemongrass, warm spices, carrot, and onion until the whole thing comes together into something you want to eat with bread and no distractions. Homemade sourdough included.
