Hungry Lotus started because Heath and Tam wanted to share the food they love, done right, for people they care about. We cook Vietnamese food fresh to order, and our customers come back because they trust the quality. That trust took work to earn, and we protect it.
Now we are growing. We want people who want to grow too.
Why this matters right now
We are expanding to full evening service (11 AM–7 PM) in August.

Have a quick conversation
We meet, talk briefly, and figure out if it is a good fit. We are looking for dependable, friendly people with a good attitude. That is it.
Train on lunch shifts, then grow
You will start during lunch service. It is the perfect way to learn the menu and the flow. Once you are comfortable, you move into evening shifts as we expand our hours.
Real work on a real
small team.
You do not need to be a chef. But you should be someone who cares.
What you will do
- Greet customers at the window
- Prep fresh ingredients before service
- Cook simple Vietnamese dishes
- Keep the truck clean and organized
- Work together during busy rushes
- Handle catering events as we grow
What we look for
- Dependable, you show up on time
- Friendly with every customer
- Willing to learn and ask questions
- Comfortable in a fast environment
- Proud of doing good work
- Restaurant experience is a plus, not required
Pay and benefits
Starting wage
$10/hour plus tips if you have restaurant experience. Competitive pay based on what you bring.
Free meal every shift
Eat from the menu on days you work. Try the specials, learn the food, get to know the menu.
Four raises your first year
We invest in people who stick around. Four scheduled raises in year one, then annual raises after that.
